Unitek College Receives Title IV Status in Bakersfield

In early June 2018, Unitek College took a significant step forward when their Bakersfield Campus was recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and became eligible to participate in the Title IV student financial assistance programs. This new and important recognition will not only grant students greater access to financial aid but it lends further credibility to their educational program. In particular, Title IV covers the administration of federal financial aid programs for students in the United States. Additionally, Title IV is designed to ensure that a school provides quality instruction and can assist students in securing a job after graduation. “We are so thrilled to announce the new status of our Bakersfield Campus,” said Janis Paulson, Chief Executive Officer at Unitek College.
