Siemens and partners develop NVIDIA AI data center reference architecture
Summary
Siemens has teamed up with NVIDIA, Fluence, and nVent to build a reference architecture for next-generation AI data centers. The design targets hyperscalers, colocation operators, and cloud providers that need to deploy high-density AI infrastructure at scale. It covers the full electrical chain, supports a 136 MW facility with a 100 MW IT load, and emphasizes modularity, resilience, and faster deployment. The architecture also adds battery energy storage, centralized management, and liquid-cooling readiness to support demanding AI workloads.
