Siemens unveils groundbreaking Tessent AnalogTest software for automated analog circuit test generation

Siemens Digital Industries Software introduced Tessent AnalogTest, a new tool that automates analog circuit test generation for integrated circuits. The software cuts pattern generation time from months to days and can run tests up to 100 times faster than manual methods. Siemens says the product works with Tessent DefectSim and uses digital automated test equipment to reduce test cost and improve defect coverage before tape-out. onsemi has already used the software on a taped-out design and reported major gains in coverage and test time. Siemens plans general availability in December 2025.
