MTV Show "Beyond Dance" to Feature Local Aerial Experts Carmen and Gregg Curtis
Summary
Carmen and Gregg, co-founders of the studio, will be lending their extensive experience in circus arts to assist contestants and judge performances.In addition to co-managing and teaching at the studio, Gregg Curtis works as a creative director and producer with an array of performers and companies, drawing on his extensive background in acrobatics and aerials.Currently, Gregg is working with Jason Derulo as a stunt coordinator at the Billboard Awards as well as being Production Director for Miley Cyrus’s 2014 “Bangerz” Tour, which kicked off earlier this year.The Aerial Studio of Ventura is owned by former Cirque Du Soleil performers, Carmen and Gregg Curtis, and staffed by highly qualified instructors.Contestants on “Beyond Dance” will compete in various forms of extreme dance as they push the boundaries of movement.MTV will be filming part of the new program in Ventura at The Aerial Studio.
