New York-based private equity firm Harvest Partners, LP has “recapped” Document Technologies, Inc., an Atlanta, Georgia-based independent provider of outsourced litigation support services, including facilities management services and electronic and paper discovery solutions.According to a written statement, the transaction, whose amount was not publicized, resulted in a successful liquidity event for Quad-C Partners VII, L.P.The management team, including Founder, President and CEO, John Davenport, Jr., will continue to lead the company.Founded in 1998, DTI services top law firms, Fortune 500 companies and hundreds of small and mid-size corporations and law firms nationwide.In conjunction with the investment, Ira D. Kleinman and Andrew M. Schoenthal of Harvest will be joining DTI’s Board of Directors.
