Mycell Technologies LLC, a Paramus, New Jersey-based intellectual property and investment holding company, specializing in the development of proprietary liquid formulations of stable, highly concentrated omega-3s for use in food, beverage, medical and nutritional products, has closed a $10m non-controlling minority investment.Investor names were not disclosed.The company, which will soon announce additions to its management team and new partnerships.Led by Benjamin D. Mamola, Chairman and CEO, Mycell Technologies LLC is the parent company of Oceans Omega LLC, a large supplier of stabilized omega-3 EPA/DHA ingredients to the food and beverage markets.It has its manufacturing facilities in the Midwest.
