London Business Angels (LBA) recently launched a new £420k HMRC Approved EIS RoundTable Syndicate Fund.The vehicle, which was raised exclusively from LBA’s investor membership, intends to offers them a way to acquire a portfolio of the Network’s investments, while taking advantage of the increased 30% personal tax relief offered by the UK Enterprise Investment Scheme.This new fund aims to co-invest in circa 5 LBA companies over the coming year alongside LBA’s investors.LBA’s first £300k LBA EIS RoundTable Fund made four investments in Eykona, Syrinix, ipadio and The Electrospinning Company.FinSMEs 08/06/2011
