H. Carnegie & Co. and Lumira Capital with participation from a syndicate of institutional investors from Australia, the U.S. and Canada.The company intends to use the funds to expand global operations throughout Asia Pacific and Europe, and extend its commercial, R&D and clinical activities.Led by Rick Stewart, Chief Executive Officer, Cardiac Dimensions has developed the initial technology platform, the CARILLON Mitral Contour , which has been designed to address functional mitral regurgitation, utilizing a novel percutaneous approach.The company has operations in Sydney, Australia and Frankfurt, Germany.
