The OECD recently published a report on angel investing as the primary source of outside equity financing and support for start-ups in OECD and non-OECD countries.The document provides a look into angel financing definitions, data and processes, reviews developments around the world and try to identifiy some of the key success factors, challenges and recent trends.It then discusses policy measures for promoting angel investment, with examples from countries which have been active in this area.Over 100 people from 32 countries were interviewed.FinSMEs 02/01/2011
