bolttech Raises Additional $30M in Series A Funding
Summary
This is an extension to its recently-announced US$180m series A funding round led by Activant Capital Group, bringing the series total to US$210 million. The new raise adds two new strategic investors in bolttech, including: Led by Rob Schimek, Chief Executive Officer, bolttech provides a a suite of digital and data-driven capabilities, to power connections between insurers, distributors, and customers to make it easier and more efficient to buy and sell insurance and protection products. The company has built a global footprint that serves more than 7.7 million customers in 26 markets across 3 continents – North America, Asia, and Europe. The additional capital will allow bolttech to enhance its technology and digital capabilities, and strengthen its presence in Southeast Asia, Europe, and its other existing markets.
