Ayraa, a San Jose, CA-based technology startup which focuses on building an intelligent & connected enterprise, raised $4M in seed funding. Backers included Fengmin Gong and Gerhard Eschelbeck and institutional investors Westwood Ventures, 421 Capital, and Innospring VC. The company, which plans to stay in stealth mode for the next year as it works on a go-to-market platform, intends to use the proceeds for building out a large engineering & design operation in Mumbai & Pune, India. Led by CEO Vinay Mahadik and Chief Design Officer Nikita Chikate, Ayraa AI aims to simplify and modernize workplace security, compliance, facilities & operations via an intelligent & connected platform.
