Rubicon Partners Makes Investment in Bamboo Distribution

Rubicon Partners has acquired a majority share in Bamboo Distribution, a UK-based international leader in the recovery, refurbishment, resale and recycling of mobile phones. Rubicon Partners, a hands-on investment partnership focused on the acquisition of industrial businesses in Europe and North America, will support the company to gain a strong presence in Europe with its already established partners. Andrew Fischer and Joseph Boucher, a Principal at Rubicon, join Bamboo Distribution’s board of directors. Working in partnership with insurance companies, major retailers and mobile phone operators, the company recovers, refurbishes and re-sells used tech products, mainly mobile phones. Bamboo actively complies with various environmental and business management systems, covering quality management, environmental responsibilities and GDPR for data protection.
