Hand crafted plane from Japan - RC Groups
Summary
A friend of mine from Japan was flying one of these planes at Baylands park in Sunnyvale, CA., and I asked him where he got it as it flew amazingly. As you can see, though it is a very interesting plane, I just never got around to building it, so it has sat on a shelf for a few years. It is very light and would fly indoors or outdoors on a calm day. As you can see, it has a very nice air brush paint job, and also has carbon fiber rods inlaid for strength. As the wing has sat for quite some time, it has taken a little bit of a warp but as it is foam, a little heat and that will go away. The wingspan is about 31" and the fuse about 30" they are wrapped up in foam, so cant be exact, and I forgot to get them earlier.
