The RMA seller scam - RC Groups

For whatever reason an item needs to be returned, seller agrees to refund once package arrives. Item is sent with tracking, arrives to destination, seller never gives refund. So, that been said, that is why I have my credit card linked to Paypal, then I have to open a claim through my cc, and they are the ones who finally can give the money back, its tedious and may take up to two to three months. They try to persuade me to close the Paypal claim, they say I am not following the guidelines from the store and the reason the money is not refunded, etc. Only can be seen when opening a claim and once Paypal says, ship to the following address, and thats where I send the item and no other place.
