In the case, where such a service outage occurs, Aktiv Mind LMS will not be held responsible or liable for data loss. Aktiv Mind LMS can remove or limit the amount of content on a clients account at any time. Clients who cancel accounts will lose all previous discounts and pricing if they want to return to Aktiv Mind LMS in the future. Clients using Aktiv Mind LMS on their own domain take full and complete liability for any downtime issues related to their service.
