Glidewell Laboratories signs AI + Decisioning Contract With Adqura

Glidewell have appointed Adqura to deliver an omni-channel customer decisioning and AI solution. Put simply, they define, build and support omni-channel and AI capability for corporate businesses, optimizing the usage of and value derived from data driven interactions. They have already delivered a global first Pega omni-channel decisioning program with British Gas (Centrica), and are excited to begin this new venture with Glidewell. A recent product innovation designed and built by Adqura is called Sophie. Sophies pre-configured brain comes with a set of cognitive AI abilities that transform in response to certain experiences and stimuli.
