Renovations Underway at Iconic Koger Office Complex in Tallahassee
Summary
As part of an effort to stay competitive and appealing in the rebounding Tallahassee real estate market, the Koger Center – an 18-building office community on Apalachee Parkway where eight state agencies and four non-government tenants are located – is upgrading its facilities through a series of renovation projects. The roof of the Turner building, which houses the Florida Department of Health, is currently being replaced, with work expected to conclude in April. Over the past five years, the Koger Center has renovated the lobbies, restrooms, common areas and elevator cabs in nearly all 18 buildings. “We have made significant changes in terms of upgrades to the Koger Center within the last few years, but our commitment to serving our tenants remains constant. With these renovations, our goal is to maintain a modern, appealing and comfortable working space for all of our tenants,” said Todd Hakimi, owner of the Koger Center.
