Bask and Grandparents.com partnership focuses on access to trusted tech support for seniors

General News

Summary

The partnership provides AGA members with free basic tech support, along with discounts on more extensive services and subscriptions. "Seniors are the fastest growing segment of the U.S. population, and also the most appreciative of how smartphones, computers, tablets and social media enhance their connectivity to their families and the world," said Lee Lazarus, Chief Operations Officer of AGA. “The AGA website and Grandparents.com already attract more than 10 million annual visitors, but there are still so many families who would benefit from having a friendly, skilled technology advisor readily available. With this collaboration, we are transforming the accessibility of technology service together,” explained Zane Bennett, Bask Chief Executive Officer. Our hope is to give members the confidence and expectation of having a trusted leader on their side to protect their private and secure information, on top of providing tech advice and solutions in everyday language.” Tech support service benefits from Bask are scheduled to become available to all AGA members after October 3, 2016.
