10th subpoena served on Cuyahoga County administration by corruption investigators

Jeanelle Greene, business services manager in the IT Department, blamed user error for the mistake. The countys IT director, Scot Rourke, has been named in prior subpoenas and disclosed on his resume in 2015 that he had been a founding board member of Vox Mobile. Budish, who chairs the Board of Control, on Monday said he couldnt comment on the questions about the Vox Mobile contract. But they have subpoened emails and other documents related to Rourke and IT General Counsel Emily McNeeley, who also is on unpaid leave. Investigators also sought records of any electronic access that Rourke and McNeeley had to contracts related to Hyland and OneCommunity, as well as the ethics opinions and legal opinions related to Rourke and McNeeley "concerning their relationship" with Hyland or OneCommunity.
