RIMES Transforms its User Experience with Insights Driven Client Portal
Summary
The Portal will enable RIMES’ clients a complete view across all of their RIMES services including user specific workflows associated with their profile and job function. The launch comes in response to client demand for increased oversight of their RIMES managed data and regulatory services within an intuitive user interface, as well as enhanced self-service capabilities. Meanwhile, a newly redesigned Feed Manager benefits users by increasing real-time data transparency and governance, while also enabling direct interaction with RIMES’ client service team. Users will further benefit from seamless and immediate access to new technology advances, and to RIMES’ innovation, through a revamped client services layer. RIMES will provide training and documentation to clients to support the introduction of the new environment, led by its Business Transformation Team.
