PassiveLogic Raises $15M in Funding

PassiveLogic, a Salt Lake City, UT-based maker of an autonomous building platform, raised $15m in funding. Brookfield Growth, the growth technology investment arm of Brookfield, provided the funding. The capital will support the development of an autonomous buildings platform that can be used to retrofit buildings of all shapes and sizes. Led by Troy Harvey, CEO, and Jeremy Fillingim, CTO, PassiveLogic enables buildings and building controls to make independent real-time decisions based on digital twin descriptions.
