The integration combines Greenscreens.ais buy and sell-side market intelligence and business insights with FreightFriends carrier relationship management, freight matching and digital execution. It involves both companies pulling data and adding links directly inside their user interfaces to provide real-time market intelligence. The app’s features include a load board that allows users to find, bid on and book loads that match their needs; a post-it-now feature that allows carriers to post their truck location and use algorithms in real time to match their capacity with the best available options, at the right price; tender acceptance and negotiation; payment status and around-the-clock support for any payment inquiries as well as new payment options with direct deposit, offering one- and two-day pay for carriers with low fees and flexibility to modify payment terms for individual shipments; and easy uploads of documents or photos for faster processing of shipments and accessorials. “Our technology provides businesses with real-time visibility into their operations and enables AI-based automation of key workflows,” said Jai Ranganathan, Motive chief product officer. “By identifying the risks, problems and opportunities companies have and automatically taking actions on behalf of managers, Motive’s applications improve the safety, productivity and profitability of physical operations.” Motive serves more than 120,000 businesses across a wide range of industries, including trucking and logistics, construction, oil and gas, food and beverage, field service, agriculture, passenger transit and delivery.
