Healthcare platform carecircle secures $2 million pre-seed capital

Cham-based carecircle is the world’s first global independent social platform for healthcare, enabling members to gain new and unique insights into conditions and cures. The platform allows individuals living with chronic diseases to securely share their health journey and connect with people in similar situations. carecircle has raised over $2m in pre-seed investment round including Pearl Street Equity LLC, a New York-based single-family office of James Zenni, Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Z Capital Group LLC. The funding will enable carecircle to acquire more members through referral programmes and brand marketing activities. carecircle is also a research partner of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH Zürich), and uses data powered by the WHODrug Global based in Uppsala, Sweden.
