Guidewire opens new Dublin EMEA HQ, creating 150 hybrid jobs in Ireland

Ireland has played a ‘central’ role in the company’s international expansion over the last decade, with cloud and product development teams in Dublin. US software company Guidewire plans to create 150 hybrid roles in Ireland following the opening of its new EMEA HQ in Blanchardstown. Since it opened its first office in Ireland 10 years ago, Guidewire’s Dublin base has grown to become its largest employee community in Europe and outside of the US. The new 85,000 sq ft office building in Dublin includes an executive briefing centre for customers and partnes across the EMEA region. Lalor added that he is “hugely proud” Guidewire has retained its “strong sense of identity and close-knit culture” throughout its decade in Ireland.
