MinuteBox and Athennian are both members of Canada’s rapidly expanding legaltech sector, which includes startups like Lawbrokr, Goodlawyer, Blue J, Willful, ClearEstate, and Heirlume, as well as more established players like Dye & Durham and Clio. “I think there’s tremendous opportunity, not just in North America but around the world, particularly in common law countries, where this idea of entity management and legal compliance and governance is really a new thing in most markets,” said Levine.
