In production environments, platform adoption provides a set of useful abstractions and creates conditions for two important signs of maturation: • Predictability: An ability to focus on workflows, tooling interoperability, and the inner and outer dev loops. The developer control plane delivers on this idea, providing a centralized place to rally around shared standards and identify common workflows, and also encouraging tech integration/interoperability, which ultimately can drive the next phase of cloud native maturity.
