LSG has provided IT services since 2005, including database administration, software licensing, Microsoft solutions, and more. In helping the Oklahoma Department of Corrections over the past few years, we’ve accomplished the following: • Revamped the system built in the early 2000s • Added ability to sign up for email alerts • Added the ability to monitor radius around multiple locations per person • Improved dependability of interface for both law enforcement and public We’ve been proud to partner with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections on this project to provide vital, accurate information to the public. The Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) was operating on an antiquated financial management platform that didn’t consider modern needs. When a new CFO came to OKDHS, it became clear that the agency struggled to evaluate budgeting issues due to their existing system. The transition took multiple months and included: • Creating an updated dashboard with sophisticated drill-downs and visualization This modernized system came with a simplified user interface that made areas of improvement in the budget obvious much earlier.
