Paris-based HRtech startup Skello raises €40 million to expand across Europe
Summary
Today, Paris-based Skello announced its €40 million Series B funding round led by Partech with participation of previous investors XAnge and Aglaé Ventures. Founded in 2016 by Quitterie Mathelin-Moreaux, Emmanuelle Fauchier-Magnan, and Samy Amar, Skello helps managers and businesses to automate and optimize team organization, HR processes such as complex schedules and shifts, payroll, or remote work. We are achieving this by relentlessly working on our platform to provide the most personalized and tailored features to our clients, so they can focus on everything else that actually adds value to their business.” – Quitterie Mathelin-Moreaux, co-founder and CEO of the company. “In just a few years, Skello has developed the best solution for the creation of employee schedules, praised by clients for its easy-to-use interface, and sharp automation ability. With this new funding raise, we are delighted to support the Skello team in the deployment of their solution on a European level, into a market whose players currently lack this type of equipment, and for whom the recent Covid crisis has been a real wakeup call as to the benefits of digitizing and automating HR processes”, adds Omri Benayoun, General Partner at Partech.
