Entera, a NYC and Houston, TX-based platform for single-family real estate investors, raised $32m in Series A funding. The round was led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management with participation from existing investors including Bullpen Capital, Craft Ventures and Valuestream Ventures. Led by Martin Kay, CEO and co-founder, Entera enables existing owners to scale their acquisitions and operational footprint while maximizing returns. For new investors entering the single family space, Entera enables an “asset-light” direct investment approach that uses real-time data to select markets, simulate scenarios, deploy capital and develop their operations with full visibility – minimizing high upfront costs and risk. The company is the partner to many of the largest single family rental, new construction & fix + flip investors in the world.
