The acquisition broadens the Lookout product portfolio as well as its community of customers and partners including carrier, cloud, channel, distributor and managed security service providers (MSSP). Led by Founder and CEO Pravin Kothari, who will join Lookout as EVP, Product and Strategy, SASE, CipherCloud provides solutions that span several developing SASE categories, including Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Zero-Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway (SWG) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). Led by Jim Dolce, CEO, Lookout is a cybersecurity company enabling consumers and employees to protect their data, and to securely stay connected without violating their privacy and trust.
