Moving Intelligence B.V. is the Dutch market leader for vehicle and equipment security, trip registration and fleet management. Its acquisition of PLT Software GmbH marks a significant step in its expansion in Europe. Moving Intelligence B.V. is a portfolio company of Volpi Capital, which is a specialist mid-market private equity investor, with a focus on tech-enabled B2B software, data and services businesses across Northwest Europe.
