This is a great idea: having one person gathering all the information and input, bringing it together, distilling it down to the essence, and then guiding the team on what needs to get built. Unfortunately, most organizational leaders focus the majority of their energy on immediate results, and there’s only lip service paid to create healthy, sustainable products.
