Tribute’s Next Chapter — Redefining Mentorship for the Future of Work
Summary
With its recent Seattle Angel Conference win, Tribute is poised to become the ‘digital watercooler’ that companies need to be successful with the rapid shift to remote work. The goal of Tribute is to help companies ensure that every team member is knowledgeable, engaged and prepared to drive bottom-line results, while creating a happy, healthy and resilient workforce. I have always believed that providing a core sense of purpose and belonging is the key to reducing turnover, increasing productivity and building the best place to work. One of the biggest adjustments to working remotely has been the loss of the physical “watercooler” to triage issues, seek support and problem-solve with colleagues. In the last two years, we’ve already made several key pivots: selling into the Enterprise and focusing on employee retention as the core problem vs. diversity, equity and inclusion.
