Prior to joining EAMS, he served as EmpowerMX’s EVP of Sales and Marketing, and spent nearly 20 years in VP and Director of Operations positions at major MROs including TIMCO/HAECO, Aviation Technical Services, and Associated Air Center. His mandates and roles have always focused on change management, team building, analytics, maintenance execution process improvements, and KPI enhancements for MROs and Airlines.
