She will partner with our HR team, as well as leaders from our business and our affinity groups, to drive an integrated DE&I agenda and help us move the needle on awareness, education, diversity recruitment, mentoring, career progression, and best practices across the U.S.” Dee will be based out of Capco’s office in Charlotte, NC, reporting to Mary Keller, U.S. Head of Human Resources. She also serves on the board of directors for Prevent Child Abuse North Carolina, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Durham and Orange Counties and Empower Dance Foundation.
