Ornaments 12-24-2020 - - Hints from the Bench

I would string lights in the lab and hang some red and gold ornaments from some greenery around the window. If not busy, I would turn out the lights and do paperwork by the glow of my SchuyLab computer. I could usually use what I had on hand: pine cones, beads, sculpture clay, or gold wire and paint. It was great fun to get to work and find a present on your workstation and it brightened up the day. And seeing a smile instead of a frown is worth the time and effort that it took to make the ornaments and decorate a little.
