SquadStack, a San Francisco and New Delhi-based real estate tech startup, raised $5m in a Series A funding. Led by Apurv Agrawal, CEO, SquadStack launched SquadVoice, a platform for real estate teams across the US to lead conversions by reactivating their ‘old yet hot’ leads, in 2019. The platform now rebranded as Auctm (derived from a Latin word, which means growth), the AI-driven business management platform aims to improve the growth and profitability for real estate businesses. It helps brokers run and grow their business with improved visibility, predictability, and control. Instead of going through spreadsheets and dashboards which often get overlooked, Auctm creates a single dashboard by combining CRM, transaction, marketing, and accounting data in one place.
