Charli uses AI technology to automate content organization so users can spend less time on administrative tasks, including filing and retrieving important documents and information in Google Drive. Seeing the reactions of relief on the faces of busy professionals when they realize that Charli has not only organized their documents, but automatically filed them away to exactly where they need to be, has been the most rewarding thing. Our goal is to grow Charli into a full back-office support system, expanding through organization to the automation of tasks, including sending reminders and extracting important information from emails and documents. Inspired by Collins’ own experience as a busy entrepreneur, Charli is poised to alleviate the longstanding issue of workplace burnout, by empowering professionals to put more life into their work-life balance. Currently in its public beta, Charli is designed to help solopreneurs, small business owners, freelancers, consultants, and professionals within small- to mid-sized businesses put more life into their work-life balance by automating time-consuming administrative tasks - like organizing, filing, and retrieving important documents from Google Drive - that distract and detract from productivity.
