PhoenixET Grows Retail and Grocery Customer Base, Builds on Leadership in Demand Management
Summary
In the third quarter of 2020, the company contracted with one of the country’s largest grocery chains and a premier health care provider, along with additional national retailer growth. These integrations allow the company to manage even more of its customers’ demand response programs, many of which have short notification windows for participants to curtail energy consumption. To better serve customers who have locations in multiple North American independent service operator (ISO) areas, PhoenixET is also partnering with two innovators in DR aggregation, specialists Enersponse and Leap, to provide greater program coverage and power market participation. PhoenixET’s industry expertise, paired with the capability of connecting to building systems and equipment without additional hardware, brings together actionable data into a standardized web-based platform. The Company’s EnterpriseDX IoT data platform generates ROI for customers by optimizing equipment efficiency that reduces energy costs, decreases repair and maintenance spend, and lowers capex by extending the life of assets.
