The radar creation exercise invites you to have a conversation across all organizational levels and review your entire technology portfolio. For potential candidates and customers, it provides a clear picture of what technologies we are using now, and where we are going in the future. That conversation and the resulting Radar should provide a sense of alignment and shared perspective when it comes to all things technology. Having everybody pulling in the same direction provides enormous value, and it should help us all understand some specifics about how we can impact the quality of life through technology. We are actively preparing Volume One of the IQ Technology Radar with a target publication timeline of Q4 this year.
