How to count poles in brushless motor I have a DX8 Spectrum transmitter, AR7000 receiver, and a TM1000 telemetry module. I found out I had to plug the number of poles to the telemetry in the transmitter. The DX8 instruction manual said the manufacturer would give the number of poles. I searched high and low and couldnt find the count. So then I got the brilliant idea of counting the bumps for a revelation.
