I need some help programming my ESC - RC Groups
Summary
I inherited a 1/8 BSR Basher Car ( I think he got it from Hobbyking a few years ago) from my father who cannot use it anymore due to ill health. I am pretty good with electronics but have no experience with RC whatsoever. The issue I have is the car is so aggressive accelerating , slight touch on the throttle and it shoots off which makes it hard for me, as a newbie to control. ) I see that you can adjust the initial acceleration (punch) to different levels for ESCs - but for the life of me I cannot work out how to get it into programming mode using the transmitter, and if I did I am not at all sure once I am in it, what the steps are for the different settings (battery type, forward w reverse modes etc) Hobbyking have been no help at all. Can anyone help or point me to a site/instructions My ESC also does not seem to beep - and I notice that all ESCs beep when in programming mode - and to indicate which parameter you are on, and what that parameter is set to.
