Binding s8r with g-rx8 - RC Groups

As the title indicates, Im trying to use an S8R with a G-rx8 and am a little confused on how to do this. Im assuming I first bind one as 1-8 and the other as 9-16, Im guessing the S8R has to be 1-8 (and will use 9-12 for stabilization so the G-rx8 would have 13-16 usable). I want both powered from one battery, and then do I need to use the sbus in port (which isnt there on most receivers)? Last thing is antenna orientation, with one receiver youd just have the two antennas be 90 degrees apart. With two receivers (and thus 4 antennas) do the antennas have to be setup in some specific way for optimal performance?
