AS3X / Safe Programming issues. - RC Groups

▤ Summary

Plane surfaces wag 2 times confirming Safe select binding procedure. Turn on plane, wait 5 seconds then advance throttle to activate AS3X. I have a DX9 3 position switch C for 3 flight modes and the bind button I for panic recovery. When I took the E-Flight BNF out of the box and followed the instruction per the manual am confused at what am seeing, Loaded the E-Flight Havoc Xe config file same thing. My Lemon RX 7 Channel stabilize Plus receivers work exactly as I expect.
