Summary
So here is my shot but straight up, not flown yet so it may be a pie in the sky that fails miserably so dont try this at home!!!!! !Even so, may help or inspire someone somewhere so I am going to post/ share...Getting late and my little explanation was getting into the 3rd page so just a few whet you appetite pictures and if anyone is interested if (when???? ) they fly , which I hope will be tomorrow I will go into more detail and post the files on Thingiverse.SG 6042 and around 45 Grams (450 X 60 mm) with changeable bolt mounts to adjust the A of A. Tested today at zero (relative to the datum line, not the bottom of the profile) and was getting 3 - 4 hundred RPM, not enough so I now have -1 and - 2 degree bolt mounts ready for tomorrow. Good thing was today, blades out of balance but they didnt explode at that RPM so step 1 done....PaulPS, printed in LW PLA which is actually the whole point of the thread!!!!!
