(Ok maybe a demigod) The issue is the lowest middle gear is too thicc and interferes with the bottom ball bearing race in the output shaft. (Pic 4) Hook it up to your RX and turn the steering wheel all the way one way for a while then the other.. Thats going to spin those gears at high speed and polish off any remaining burr. The solution is to get some sandpaper on a flat surface and sand the bottom of the gear until the raised section on the underside is just about flush (pic 2 isnt enough, pic 3 is) Make sure you rotate the gear and switch hands often so its thickness stays pretty even.After its thin enough use finer paper to smooth out the scratches (this doesnt have to be perfect).
