A123 LIFE Battery Packs from Leisure RC Models - RC Groups
Summary
Just to inform all of you that Leisure RC Models of which i am the owner only uses genuine A123 cells in our LIFE packs. Someone posted on one of my for sales threads indicating that there was doubt we are using genuine cells because we recommend charging at 1C. You can see in one of the pictures from LithiumWerks specifications that they recommend 3A for regular charging, that is just slightly over 1C which in our case is 2.5A. We also recommend balance charging your packs. Just to be clear for those of you that may not know, LithiumWerks has purchased the rights to manufacture the A123 cells.
