Re-Purposing LiPos - RC Groups

▤ Summary

Hi Guys I fly a wing with a 3S 3000mAH battery. The other day I dug out my old DJI Phantom 2 drone. About a year ago I put it into storage and did all the right things to preserve the two batteries I had. I tested them in the drone and they proved as good as the screen said they were. So my question is : given that my wing has loads of near CG space and can take the small extra weight AND if I make up the appropriate power connectors ; is there any reason I shouldn’t use these batteries in my wing ?
