As per the latest TRAI regulations, TRAI wants to monitor all the promotional messages that are being sent to end-users, to reduce the spam messages and avoid hindrance to DND customers. Inline to this, to send promotional messages to end-consumers, users need to register on the DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) platform GOFRUGAL is already registered as a Telemarketer on the operator’s DLT platform and we need you to proactively engage in this and register as Principle Entity (Enterprise) to comply with the new regulation. To comply with the new regulation, all enterprises need to be registered with the DLT system and then apply for your branding id approval. Entity/Enterprise registration includes details of KYC (Know Your Customer) documents like PAN, GST, TAN, CIN, etc. Post submission, you will receive the Unique Entity ID that you can later use to register (KYC) with all other operators.
