Scale model copyright/trademark legality or restrictions? - RC Groups

Hello, I have a quick question that I cannot find a easily understandable answer to. 2. making a scale model replica and selling it, or selling the plans to make one? 3. use of trade names of plane to talk about or advertise the model? (like cessna 182) Basically I have made some scale RC models and loved it, I would like to make another do it in a easily repeatable fashion and have some plans so others can also build it if they wanted. I would hate to spend the extra time in making plans that I was not able to distribute legally!
